Refund policy

All sales are final. Each Boring Light is custom built specifically per person, and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

All Boring Lights are backed by a 1 year warranty that covers defective lights or operation. Physical damage or defective lights or function caused by misuse are NOT covered under warranty.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at info@theboringlight.com.
